For our next Heart of GSF spotlight, we are proud to recognize Sandra Houshel, Day Porter at our Ohio Office. Her energy, positivity and commitment make her a cherished team member.
Assistant Area Manager Anthony Pitts, who nominated her, shared that Sandra “walks into work every morning with a smile as bright as the morning sun and a confident stride.” Since joining GSF in 2021, Sandy has set the tone for those around her, showing up with enthusiasm and setting an example through her work ethic.
Anthony added that “Sandra doesn’t just show up, she shows out, every single day.” Her presence has become a source of motivation for her team, consistently encouraging others to bring their best.
For Sandra, the joy of the job comes from the people and the opportunities. “GSF is a great company to work for,” she said. “I enjoy my time with them, including the upper management team of Stephanie and Adriana, who have been a pleasure to work with.”
Her sense of purpose is what truly inspires her coworkers. As Anthony puts it, “No tribute, award or plaque can capture what Sandra truly means to us.”
